Kaitlyn Carr (b. 1992) is an Oregon-native process-based artist exploring repetition, modulation, and an ongoing investigation of the relationship between parts and the whole. Carr studied printmaking at Oregon State University (BFA, 2016), yet departs from traditional techniques to pursue an investigatory practice that combines repetitive labor with large-scale, site-specific installations, textiles, and works on paper. Active in her community, Carr has exhibited across the West Coast, including the Portland Biennial (2016) and Tryst Alternative Art Fair (2024), and collaborated with organizations such as PBOT, Soliloquy Fine Arts, and Street Soccer PDX.
